About Us:  Auction Presale allows you to buy off-lease vehicles indirectly, through us, from Porsche, BMW, Mercedes-Benz and others for a fixed commission .  These vehicles are auctioned off at the wholesale auction market.  This is exactly like buying stocks and paying the stockbroker a commission.

Our Advantage:  When buying a vehicle through us you can be sure you are always getting the best deal.  Because of our transparency policy you know how much we are making and how much the vehicle truly costs in the wholesale market.  In addition, we disclose the condition grade assigned to the vehicle during a professional pre-sale inspection.  We even list the tiniest scratch on the vehicle.  No where else do you get this level of information about the vehicle you are about to purchase.

Transparency:  As with stockbrokers, where you know the actual cost of your shares, we will disclose to you the actual cost of the vehicle, including third party fees.

Third Party Fees:  In addition to the actual winning bid in the wholesale market and the commission, there are Auction House, Floorplan, Post-Sale Inspection, Transportation and Detailing fees.  These costs are added to the winning bid to get the true cost of the vehicle.  This is all summed up in the Final Price.

Off-Lease Vehicles:  Most of the vehicles we list are off-lease vehicles being auctioned off by banks or the finance arms of manufacturers like Porsche, BMW, and Mercedes-Benz.  Sometimes the vehicles are being auctioned off by other dealers who are liquidating their inventory.

Custom Searches:  If you do not see the car you are looking for in our lists, we can try to find you that particular car in the upcoming auctions.  Just let us know what you are looking for by emailing us at sales@auctionpresale.com. 

Fixed Commission Schedule: 

We charge a higher commission for more expensive vehicles because our risk is higher.

Final Price: Each vehicle will specify an auction price.  The price is calculated using actual historical auction transactions and gives the highest probability of acquiring the vehicle without over estimating the price.  It is based on the year, miles and condition of the vehicle.  This price includes third-party fees and the commission.  In the rare case we are able to acquire the vehicle below this price, we will pass on the difference to you. You only pay the actual cost of the vehicle.

How It Works: How It Works:

1. You select a vehicle from our website and make a deposit either by sending the money through PayPal to sales@auctionpresale.com or delivering it in person at our office.
2. We acquire the vehicle on your behalf.
3. The vehicle arrives at our office.
4. You inspect the vehicle, make your final payment and take delivery of the vehicle.

Refund of Deposit:  We will refund your deposit if you are not 100% satisfied with the vehicle or if we are unable to acquire the vehicle for any reason.

Factory Warranty:  We try our best to showcase vehicles that are under original factory warranty.  However, this might not always be the case; it is your responsibility to verify this based on year and mileage of the vehicle.

Vehicle Delivered As-Is: We acquire and deliver vehicles as-is.  We offer no written or implied warranty.  However, vehicles can be under original factory warranty based on age and mileage.

Vehicle Condition Grade:  The wholesale auction market inspects millions of vehicles each year and grades each vehicle on a standard 6 tier grading system by the wholesale auction house.  We only pick vehicles that are in the top three tiers - 5 Extra Clean, 4 Clean and 3 Average. However, we recommend buying only Grade 4 and above.
